New Response Phrase - No Old Response

Have you ever wanted to let users update their challenge response phrase in COREid without requiring them to enter their old response? There are two requirements to make it happen: (1) workflow for updating challenge response for the user class in question and (2) no read/modify AAC on the challenge response attribute for that user class.

This approach worked in COREid / OAM pre 7.0.4. This was due to a bug that was fixed in the 704 line and beyond into the 10.1.4.
